These Terms of Service apply when you use plasticfreerefills.co.uk or place an order with Plastic Free Refills. Please read them before completing a purchase.

2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful personal and commercial shopping purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly from photographs, particularly where suppliers update packaging or where products are made from natural materials.
Product availability is subject to stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and, where necessary, refund the affected item.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown as required before you complete checkout.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
If a clear pricing or listing error has occurred, we may contact you before fulfilling the order. If we cannot accept the order at the displayed price, we will offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.
5. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the goods in your basket. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch, confirm that it is ready for collection, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
6. Delivery and collection
Available delivery, local delivery and collection options, together with any charges, are shown on our Delivery Options page and at checkout.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the times shown on the website. Unless a different time has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable law.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed where delays arise from carriers or events outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect your legal rights.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. For eligible online purchases, consumers normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refund Policy limits your statutory rights.
8. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Goods must meet the standards required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If there is a problem with an item, please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.
9. Ownership and risk
Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received payment in full. Risk in the goods passes in accordance with applicable consumer law, normally when the goods are delivered to you or a person you identify to receive them.
10. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original text, branding and other original content on this site are owned by or licensed to Plastic Free Refills. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit that content without permission, except where the law allows.
Brand names, product images and trademarks belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Third-party services and links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, delivery, social media and other external websites. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites that we do not control.
12. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable law. The Terms that apply to an order are those in force when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available to you under the law that applies where you live.
