Practical eco-friendly household essentials and 5L refills, delivered across the UK.
Plastic Free Refills helps households reduce everyday household waste with useful products that fit into normal routines — without expecting anyone to live a perfectly zero-waste lifestyle.
From Abertillery to Horsham
Plastic Free Refills started in Abertillery, Wales, in 2021. After our first year of trading, we moved to Horsham, West Sussex, where the business continued to grow through local markets and refill customers.
We still trade locally in Horsham while our online shop now makes our range available to households across the UK.
5L refills are at the heart of what we do
Our refill range focuses on practical 5L bulk refills for cleaning, laundry and personal care. Buying larger refill containers makes it easier to keep the products you use regularly stocked at home while topping up bottles and dispensers you already own.
Alongside our refill range, we stock reusable washing-up products, compostable household essentials and carefully selected lower-waste alternatives.
More than 13,000 litres refilled
Since we started, more than 13,000 litres have been refilled through Plastic Free Refills, helping customers reuse containers and reduce the number of new bottles they need to buy.
Built for everyday households
We focus on products that are practical, effective and easy to use. Whether you are stocking up on a 5L refill, replacing a disposable kitchen product or making one small household swap, you can build a lower-waste routine at your own pace.
