We offer three simple ways to receive your Plastic Free Refills order: UK-wide tracked delivery, local delivery around Horsham, or free collection from Common Ground.
UK-wide delivery
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order:
- Up to 2 kg — £3.65
- Over 2 kg up to 10 kg — £7.35
- Over 10 kg up to 20 kg — £11.85
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Orders weighing more than 20 kg may need to be split into more than one parcel. If this applies to your order, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best delivery option.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Local Horsham delivery
Live within 5 miles of Common Ground in Horsham?
Local delivery is available for £3.50.
Orders of £35 or more qualify for free local delivery.
If your address is eligible, the Local delivery option will appear automatically at checkout.
