We offer three simple ways to receive your Plastic Free Refills order: UK-wide tracked delivery, local delivery around Horsham, or free collection from Common Ground.
UK-wide delivery
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
The following weight-based rates apply to each shipment:
- Up to 2 kg — £3.65
- Over 2 kg up to 10 kg — £7.35
- Over 10 kg — £11.85
Dispatch: In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery after dispatch: Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2–3 working days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Larger orders may be sent in more than one parcel. If items dispatch from different stock locations, checkout may combine delivery charges for those shipments. The final delivery charge for your basket is shown before payment.
